5ELVIS AT HIS BEST MOST CONFIDENT BEST EFFORTSFeb 06, 2010
By David L. Banes "D.L.BANES"
While the 68 special,Elvis On Tour, and Aloha were all excellent, this one shows a very confident, dedicated singer at the top of his game.It was clear that Elvis was enjoying himself and was very dedicated to learning new material and performing with perfection.Physically, mentally, and vocally he had never been better.I am sure that this period is the way he would want to be remembered. He and the band were having fun while delivering the goods and Elvis was in control.

5An excellent setMar 09, 2009
By A Fan
This is a soundtrack to the documentary "Elvis That's the Way It Is." The album was a modest hit when it was released in 1970 peaking at 21 on the US album chart (number 8 on the US Country chart) and 12 in the UK. It would be certified GOLD by the RIAA. The documentary covered Elvis' concerts in Las Vegas. It includes both live recordings from the show and "studio rehearsal" recordings. It includes the US hit single "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" and the UK hit single "I Just Can't Help Believin'". While it is a little lite on the number of songs included (it is just a reissue of the LP) it is still an excellent collection and a must for Elvis fans. Elvis is in top form for these recordings.

5If you like Elvis...Jul 17, 2010
By Peggy Hudson
I think I have almost every album, now CDs, he made including TV offers, Estate offers, etc. This is by far one of my favorites and the picture on the front is an added bonus! The King lives on!

5Elvis is missing.Feb 01, 2011
By Steve
It would have been great if I had actually received what I paid for, but over a month later I still have not seen the CD. I used to have this album and was really looking forward to hearing it again. I am greatly disappointed with Amazon.com since this is the second time I have ordered someting and did not receive it. I contacted Avitar Music and they claim that the fault is with the U.S. Postal system. I will think twice next time about ordering from Amazon.
